Before depositing at any online casino, take five minutes to read this checklist — it covers the steps most players skip. Space XY has gained attention for its fast-paced crash-style game and straightforward bonus terms, but knowing the fine print can save you from costly mistakes. This guide walks you through registration, wagering math, security, and support, so you can play with confidence.
Quick Checklist
- Verify the operator’s license and read the bonus terms for Space XY casino promotions.
- Set a deposit limit before you start playing — responsible gambling tools are available.
- Confirm the wagering contribution of the game you plan to play (crash games often contribute 100%).
- Check the maximum bet allowed while a bonus is active — exceeding it may void the bonus.
- Review the withdrawal limits and payment methods available in your country.
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) to protect your account.
Registration

- Complete the personal details form: full name, date of birth, and address. This must match your ID for verification later.
- Choose a username and set your preferred currency. Some currencies are not reversible, so choose carefully.
- Accept the terms and conditions after reading them. Pay special attention to the bonus section.
- Verify your email by clicking the link sent to your inbox. Sometimes a phone number is also required.
- Optionally set deposit limits from your account settings before your first deposit. This is a good practice.
- Make your first deposit using a method listed in the cashier. Remember that some bonuses require a bonus code — check the promotions page before depositing. For a complete guide to Space XY’s bonuses, visit bonus Space XY (GAME).
Wagering Calculation
Understanding wagering requirements is essential. Suppose you claim a 100% deposit bonus up to €200. You deposit €100, so you receive €100 in bonus funds. The wagering requirement is typically 35x the bonus amount. Here’s the calculation:
Wagering amount = Bonus × Wagering multiplier
Wagering amount = €100 × 35 = €3,500
You must wager €3,500 before you can withdraw any winnings from that bonus. But not all bets count equally. If the game contribution is 100%, every €1 bet counts as €1 towards the requirement. For example, if you place a €10 bet, your progress increases by €10. After 350 such bets, you’ll have wagered €3,500.
Now suppose the contribution is lower, say 50% for table games. If you bet €10 on a table game, only €5 counts toward the wagering requirement. That means you’d need €3,500 / 0.5 = €7,000 in actual bets to clear the bonus. Always check the contribution percentages for each game type.
Another important factor is the maximum bet allowed during the bonus. If the max bet is €5, you cannot place a €10 bet, even if you have the funds. Exceeding the max bet may result in the bonus being voided. Keep your bets within the limit to stay safe.
Also, note that some bonuses have a time limit, often 7 or 14 days. If you don’t meet the wagering requirement within that time, the bonus and any winnings from it are forfeited. Budget your play sessions accordingly.
Security Overview
Space XY uses SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your browser and the casino server. This is standard for reputable online casinos. The site is optimized for mobile devices, and you can play directly from your browser without downloading an app — a progressive web app (PWA) approach that keeps your device secure.
Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security. We recommend enabling it via your account settings. Use a unique password for your casino account, different from your email or other sites.
Space XY operates under a Curacao license, which is common for international casinos. Keep in mind that winnings from Curacao-licensed casinos may be subject to local income tax in your country, unlike those from MGA or local licenses. Consult a tax advisor to understand your obligations.
Always verify the casino’s fairness system. Space XY uses a provably fair algorithm for crash games, meaning you can check each round’s outcome for fairness. This transparency is a good sign, but still, never share your account credentials with anyone.
Deposits & Withdrawals
Space XY offers a variety of payment methods, including credit cards, e-wallets, and cryptocurrencies. Deposits are usually instant, but withdrawal times vary by method. Here is a comparison:
| Payment Method | Deposit Speed | Withdrawal Speed |
|---|---|---|
| Credit/Debit Card | Instant | 2–5 business days |
| E-wallets (e.g., Skrill, Neteller) | Instant | Under 24 hours |
| Cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH) | Instant | 10–30 minutes |
For deposits, you must use the same method for withdrawals, in most cases. The casino also performs identity verification (KYC) before processing your first withdrawal. Have a copy of your ID and a proof of address ready to speed up the process.
Minimum deposit amounts are typically €10, and withdrawals start from €20. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply, so check the terms. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours, followed by the transfer time for your chosen method.
Support Guide
Here are common scenarios and how the support team can help:
- Forgot your password? Use the “Forgot Password” link on the login page. You’ll receive a reset email. If you don’t, check your spam folder or contact live chat.
- Bonus not credited? First, verify you met the eligibility criteria (e.g., minimum deposit or bonus code). If you did, contact live chat with your username and bonus name. The team checks and credits within minutes.
- Withdrawal pending? Wait 24 hours for processing. If it’s longer, log in and check the transaction status. A pending status may mean KYC documents are required — upload them as soon as possible.
- Game not loading? Clear your browser cache and cookies, or try a different browser. If the issue persists, use the diagnostics feature in the site’s help center.
- Suspected tampered result? Use the provably fair checker in the game’s info panel to verify the crash point. If something is off, submit a ticket with the round ID.
- Problem with responsible gambling tools? Set temporary self-exclusion or deposit limits from the account settings. If you face issues, support can assist with enforcing them.
Support is available 24/7 via live chat and email. The response time for live chat is usually under 5 minutes, while email may take up to 12 hours.
Worth Knowing
Deposits are instant, which is convenient, but withdrawals require patience depending on your method. For crypto users, withdrawal is nearly as fast as deposits. However, for card users, the wait can be several days. Plan your bankroll accordingly.
Another tip: always check for a maximum withdrawal limit on your bonus. For example, a bonus may cap your withdrawable winnings at €500, even if you win more. This is common with no-deposit bonuses, so read the terms.
Lastly, use the casino’s internal notifications for bonus expiration reminders. Missing a deadline means losing your winnings, and support won’t reverse it.
