Business Development Manager

TRANSFO TECH. Engineering is looking for experienced business development manager for several projects. Candidates should have 3-5 years experience of marketing and sales activities in corporate/industrial sectors.

Responsibilities include supporting various campaign business strategies, growing the pipeline and capturing new business. This individual will focus primarily on engineering and technical services.

Schedule: Although the work hours are flexible, the employ will be expected to commit to a 48 hour work per week.

Requirements:   Must be BBA/MBA from recognized institutions.

Plus:

• People management experience.

• Professional experience in negotiating with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience managing large data sets and utilizing to drive performance and process improvements.
• Professional experience in business management or a related field
• Proficiency with Excel and extracting data through varied reporting tools in order to drive and influence business decisions
